The Balanced Scorecard Professional (C-BSC) certification equips professionals with the full BSC methodology — from strategic map design to cascading scorecards and performance reviews. You will learn how the four BSC perspectives (Financial, Customer, Internal Processes, Learning & Growth) work together to create a coherent performance management system.
